Whether you're organizing a class reunion, corporate function, fundraiser, holiday party, or private celebration, our team of 10 licensed event planners and professional mixologists is here to handle every detail.

We specialize in No-Host (Cash/Credit Bar) events, providing expertly crafted cocktails, beer, and wine service your guests can enjoy on a per-purchase basis. We do not provide hosted bar services. If you prefer to host your own bar, we recommend you go through a food caterer that offers beverage service.

FULL SERVICE

300.00 per bartender

Includes 4 HOURS OF FULL SERVICE plus set up and tear down. Two bartender minimum for ANY event with hard alcohol. Bar back required for more than 150 guests. Any beverage service over 4hrs = 100.00/hr

BEER AND WINE ONLY

250.00 per bartender

Includes 4 HOURS OF SERVICE plus set up and tear down. One bartender per 65 guests. Bar back required for more than 175 guests. Any beverage service over 4hrs = 100.00/hr

BAR BACK

150.00 per bar back

Do you provide non alcoholic beverages?

No. We provide alcohol service only.

When is payment due?

We require full payment two weeks prior to the event date. Payment plans accommodated, contact us for details.

My event is on private property. Do I have to have event insurance and abide by all liquor laws?

Yes. Event insurance is always required and we abide by all Oregon Liquor Control Commission Laws and Washington State Laws.

I'm in need of basic bar training for my staff. Do you provide those services?

Yes. Bar training is dependent on specific circumstances. Please send us an email with your needs and primary expectations.

Do you offer consulting services for bar and restaurant operations?

Yes. Consulting services are dependent on specific circumstances. Please send us an email with your needs and primary expectations.

Do you have a Social Media page I can visit?

No. Bailey's Elixir Mixers is comprised of team that, in addition to providing our services, also works full time jobs. We do not keep up with the constant demand of social media.
